Former director of publicity and research of the Industrial Union of Marine and Shipbuilding Workers of America (IUMSWA) A. G. Delman played a major role in arranging the transfer of that union's archives to the University of Maryland Libraries. This collection consists of materials from Delman's personal files relating to IUMSWA and to the labor movement in the United States, including correspondence, publications, newspaper clippings, memoranda, flyers, pamphlets, and sixteen original labor union cartoons.
